Thanks
We have always tried to raise babies that are loved and well-adjusted. We do it because we love birds and want to sell them to people who will treat them with kindness and respect. Actually, we'd keep them all if we could but that is not possible.
We're addicted to the growth and development of our babies and to the joy and excitement of their new owners. We also like the lifestyle of having a working aviary. It's kind of like living in an exotic jungle.
This year our lives have been disrupted by the disaster of Hurricane Katrina. As a result we are raising our babies while dealing with the recovery of our home and property. But buyers keep on coming. We have a waiting list for Congo Grey and Eclectus babies. People are being referred to us by two bird specialty stores in New Orleans...one which is open, one has closed forever. Other customers are being referred by our family of bird owners who are taking care of our former babies.
We'd like to thank you all. We never wanted to be the biggest aviary in the area. We just wanted to raise beautiful babies, instruct their owners in proper care, and enjoy the satisfaction of seeing a healthy baby going to a knowlegable owner who will love them for the rest of their lives.
