Ducorp's Eggs
If you've been reading the blog you know that we think that Ducorp's Cockatoos are the perfect little pets. They are quiet and are the most affectionate of all species of parrots. We got a young breeding pair about a year and a half ago and have been waiting patiently for something to happen. (We've also been enjoying their company).
"Honey" layed two eggs, one on Valentine's day. She is being a great mom, sitting on them constantly. We hope to have chicks on or about March 7. This is a really iffy proposition for the first clutch so keep your fingers crossed.
If you are interested in having a baby, write us and we'll keep you posted.
